The purpose of the Plan Partner Portal (“Portal”) is to provide our Plan Partners one convenient location to find key documents pertaining to L.A. Care performance standards. The Portal houses all of L.A. Care’s policies and procedures which impact the Plan Partner. Also, you will find other L.A. Care documents such as: I.T. Technical Bulletins, program descriptions, the Plan Partner Service Agreement, and the Medi-Cal Agreement.

Also, each Plan Partner will be able to view L.A. Care’s Final Audit Findings reports. We hope that by placing audit reports on the portal, Plan Partners will be able to reference these reports as needed to ensure all identified deficiencies have been satisfactorily addressed.
